Ashutosh Jani
A Thermal (Mechanical) Engineer by Education from IIT Madras - Ashutosh Jani had brief stints with the corporate life in industry as well as academics and soon felt disenchanted with the urban - industrial way of life. Educating children in the villages,
he along with his wife Sneha soon realized that the present model of Education will just add fuel to the fire of restlessness, consumerism and vast ecological destruction in the long run. Ashutosh and Sneha traveled to many organizations and villages from Himachal Pradesh to Tamil Nadu and tried to understand, imbibe and embrace the indigenous way of life. Having traveled extensively, having met many enlightened individuals including their Guruji Ravindra Sharma ji, Ashutosh and Sneha settled down in a village in Gujarat. Ashutosh and Sneha make Murtis from clay as well as wood, spin the Charkha, make the cloth on handloom, build natural buildings without cement, work towards conserving native seeds, study Ayurved and manage various websites associated with Nisargayan.
Sneha Jani

Amit Panchal
Audit Manager in private company, by Education CS Profession from ICSI - Amit Panchal has almost 12 years of experience in corporate alongwith voluntary efforts in Educating children in the villages and slum areas. He realized that the present model of Education is breaking villages and simple village life and promoting huge rural to urban migration, consumerism and vast ecological destruction in the long run. which prompted him to give up this activity. Meanwhile he also started many activities along with other social organizations towards tree plantation, animal welfare, Swadeshi movement, understanding health and economy etc and for this he studied various books on aforesaid subjects to develop a deeper understanding. Residing in Vadodara, presently he is learning organic agriculture, practising Ayurved and suggesting natural and effective remedies to people for free curing several diseaes along with his professional career.
Jitubhai Shah
Jitubhai Shah is a retired engineer, who is involved in an effort called VolunTeaching in villages near Ahmedabad. Having worked in Chemical industries, he is passionate about instrumentation and also judicious use of them. Jitubhai is gifted with a strong rational thought process encouraging him to know the details and functionality of whatever he sees around. At 73 years of age, Jitubhai is living a drug free healthy life and is an inspiration to many. Always ready to learn and adapt new things with the curiosity of a child even at this age, he is very much fond of kitchen gardening and composting. Presently he is enjoying his retired life, moving around places, engaging part time in educating children in the villages, understanding health and hygiene deeper, and into the plants that he grows and gifts people on various occasions.
Akil Kumar Hirpara
Akil Kumar Hirpara works in the banking sector. Having studied BTech (Mechanical), MBA (Marketing and Operations) and PG Diploma in Research Methodology and HR, Akil is good at managing team efforts whether Voluntary or Professional. Akil was instrumental in providing backend as well as front end support to the VolunTeaching Movement undertaken by his institute while he was still a student. Till then he has been taking care of the accounts of all the non profit social initiatives that he has been a part of. Apart from the professional life, Akil is keenly interested in exploring agriculture, traditional ways of life and understanding forest as an ecosystem. Having learnt Charkha spinning, he also occasionally enjoys spinning. Akil is also deeply involved in managing many efforts of Nisargayan - both online as well as offline.
Hardik Sarsavadiya
Hardik Sarsavadiya works in the automobile sector. Having studied BTech (Mechanical), MTech (Automotive Engineering), Hardik is good at managing team efforts whether Voluntary or Professional. Hardik was instrumental in providing backend as well as front end support to the VolunTeaching Movement undertaken by his institute while he was still a student. Apart from the professional life, Hardik is keenly interested in exploring agriculture, traditional ways of life and understanding forest as an ecosystem. Hardik is also interested in learning the ways to lead a medicine free life and understanding the causes behind the illness and natural remedies of the same. Hardik is also deeply involved in providing backend support to the multiple websites being managed by Nisargayan. He plays a key role in building the website, maintaining it, updating it and communicating with the concerned persons.
